Mustard honey is a monofloral honey, meaning it is predominantly sourced from a single nectar—mustard flowers. Our beekeepers migrate bee boxes just before the mustard flowers bloom along the Brahmaputra, ensuring that the bees get nectar from these vibrant yellow flowers, aiding in pollination and improving the mustard crop yield.
