Apple Cider Vinegar With The Mother
Made from real apples sourced from the orchards of Himachal Pradesh, our Apple Cider Vinegar is naturally fermented to bring you the goodness of apples in its raw form.
It is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised, which means it retains the naturally occurring “Mother of Vinegar.” You may notice cloudy strands or sediment in the bottle — this is completely natural and is characteristic of unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
With its distinct fruity acidity and bold flavour, it can be used as part of your everyday kitchen routine — from a simple morning drink to salad dressings and marinades.
How to Use
- Morning drink: Dilute 5–7 ml Apple Cider Vinegar in about 200 ml water. Add a spoonful of honey if desired.
- Salad dressing: Mix with olive oil, herbs and a little honey for a sweet and tangy dressing.
- Marinades: Add to marinades for vegetables, paneer, chicken or meat for a bright, acidic flavour.
- Cooking: Use a small quantity in sauces, chutneys and other recipes that need a touch of acidity.
- Pickling: Can be used in suitable homemade pickle and preserve recipes.
Shake well before use. Always consume diluted.

It's very Authentic
Good to see in glass bottle as other brands offer the same in plastic which reactive some with vinegar and loose tastes. But Honey n Spice they do all it very naturally.
It's been a part of my morning ritual for a year now. Always 10/10.
It is good and I am using it daily
