In the valleys of Kashmir, Sulai flowers bloom in abundance from the month of August to October. Migratory bees kept in the valleys forage on the nectar of snow-white blossoms of Sulai. This nectar leads to white honey having distinct flavor, aroma, and taste. Apart from its taste, this honey is used to treat certain ailments.

I loved the taste and it feels a very light version and isn't as thick. Also it doesn't crystallize easily I believe because the south indian honey crystallized while this remained it's liquid form. It's a very sweet variant and I think I will opt for another round of it!
