Sulai (Vana Tulsi) Honey

8 reviews   |

In the valleys of Kashmir, Sulai flowers bloom in abundance from the month of August to October. Migratory bees kept in the valleys forage on the nectar of snow-white blossoms of Sulai. This nectar leads to white honey having distinct flavor, aroma, and taste. Apart from its taste, this honey is used to treat certain ailments.

At Honey and Spice, we travel across the country to get premium & exotic varieties of honey. We collect our honey in small batches & every batch can be traced to the location of harvest. Our bees chose the hone's color texture and taste by the varieties of wild flowers they forage.

Great experience

Quality of product is undoubtedly very good. Tastes great! Each of the variety from Honey and Spice has it's own unique taste, colour and texture and the honey that we get is so much different from what is generally available in shops. Great initiative! Best Wishes!

Very good taste and for Medicinal purpose.

I had ordered the Sulai (Vana Tulsi) Honey along with two other variants of Himalayan Honey. Received the package on time. The taste of this Honey stands out. It helps in clearing your throat. I had used it along with some ayurvedic medicines which needed to be mixed with honey. Excellent result. Would recommend this Honey to everyone.

Lovely taste

I loved the taste and it feels a very light version and isn't as thick. Also it doesn't crystallize easily I believe because the south indian honey crystallized while this remained it's liquid form. It's a very sweet variant and I think I will opt for another round of it!
