Sulai (Vana Tulsi) Honey

In the valleys of Kashmir, Sulai flowers bloom in abundance from the month of August to October. Migratory bees kept in the valleys forage on the nectar of snow-white blossoms of Sulai. This nectar leads to white honey having distinct flavor, aroma, and taste. Apart from its taste, this honey is used to treat certain ailments. 

At Honey and Spice, we travel across the country to get premium & exotic varieties of honey. We collect our honey in small batches & every batch can be traced to the location of harvest. Our bees chose the hone's color texture and taste by the varieties of wild flowers they forage.
