About our Honey

Sourced from across India, from southern forests to the mountains of Kashmir, our honey is raw and unprocessed, just as the bees make it. Unlike commercial honey that is ultra-filtered, heated, and often mixed with rice or corn syrup, we do not alter it. This preserves natural pollen, flavour, and nutrients. Each batch is thoroughly tested to ensure no antibiotics, no added sugars, no heavy metals, and complete purity.

Frequently asked questions

My honey has Solidified Or turned Grainy. Is it expired?

If your honey looks thicker, grainier, or has formed small crystals don't worry, it hasn't gone bad. This is called crystallization, and it is one of the most natural things real honeys do. Here is the part most people don't know: commercial honey never crystallizes because it is heavily heated and filtered; a process that strips away pollen and enzymes, leaving behind little more than sweet syrup. Our honey is raw and unprocessed, so it behaves exactly the way nature intended. To bring it back to liquid, simply place the jar in warm water for 30–45 minutes and stir gently. Never microwave or boil it high heat destroys the very enzymes that make raw honey good for you. The taste, quality, and nutrition stay completely intact whether it's liquid or crystallized.

How do I know this is real honey and not sugar syrup?

We completely understand the doubt the Indian honey market has a real adulteration problem, and most people have no way to tell the difference just by looking. Here is how we make sure you never have to guess. Every single batch of our honey is tested at an NABL accredited and FSSAI approved laboratory before it is bottled. The test checks for added sugars, syrup adulterants, and presence of antibiotics. Our honey crystallizes naturally over time something sugar syrup simply cannot do. It retains its original pollen, has the distinct aroma and taste of its floral source, and comes with full traceability back to the beekeeper or tribe who harvested it. If you ever want to see the lab report for your specific batch, just ask us. We will share it with you directly.

Why do your different honeys taste different and is it really raw?

Yes, it is completely raw. We never heat it, ultra-filter it, or add anything to it- no flavours, no syrup, no preservatives. What you taste is purely the flower the bees collected nectar from. Our Himalayan honey tastes bold and earthy. Our Lychee honey is light and floral. Our Jamun honey has a deep, slightly tangy note. That difference is not added it is nature. Commercial honey tastes the same every time because it is blended and processed until all character is gone. Ours does not, because we leave it exactly as the bees made it.
