A2 Desi Cow Ghee & A2 Desi Hallikar Cow Ghee
Agna A2 Desi Cow Ghee
Made from the milk of an indigenous cow breed named Gir, this Ghee is highly medicinal and nutritious. The Ghee is made using the Bilona method which involves churning of the curd to make the Ghee. One liter of this Ghee is made from 28 liters of Gir cow milk.
Our milk comes from a single farm that has purebred Gir cows from Gujarat. Our farms are 100% cruelty-free, we treat our cows with the utmost care and dignity. We ensure the cows are only fed natural fodder which makes the milk very natural and nutritious.

Hallikar A2 Cow GHEE
Our passion for cows started way back in the year 2015. Since then we have travelled the country extensively meeting various cattle farms and Goshalas. On one such trips when we saw herds of the greyish white cows freely grazing the grass lands of Karnataka, it sparked our curiosity. What ensued is a love affair with this breed called Hallikar, today after 8 years we are launching Ghee exclusively from the free grazing Hallikar cows of Karnataka.
Some specialities of Hallikar cows:
1. Hallikar cows are free grazing and are worked on the land for ploughing
2. Hallikar cows produce only 2-3 litres of milk a way
3. The only breed where both the cows and the Ox are used for ploughing
4. The breed is extremely drought resistant which means they can survive on very little fodder
Undoubtedly the milk produced by these free-grazing Hallikar cows are super nutritious and healthy. On our recent visit to Mysore we tasted the freshly made Ghee from the Hallikar milk and it was the moment we decided that we should bring this super flavourful and rich Ghee to our customers.
